Founder of SHG, Jane Williams, has two decades of industry experience in venue operations, staff recruiting, training and mentoring, data base management, working with stakeholders, government departments and liaising with federal and state government and law enforcement, for high profile events. Jane also has experience in managing stock controls, budgets, deadlines and KPIs for small and large businesses. Taking pride in the ability to multitask, lead by example and implement planning strategies to achieve above and beyond expected results. Jane has surrounded herself with professionals in all areas of our industry.

With a list including managing three of the most prestigious winery restaurants in Australia - Cullen Wines (WA) - James Halliday #1 Winery in Australia 2020, Voyager Estate Winery (WA), Stefano Lubiana Winery (TAS), General Manager of Peppermint Bay Hotel (TAS), Hotel Manager of The Shipwrights Arms (TAS), Public Relations Manager for Caves House Hotel (WA), Conference Sales Manager for Hobart Accor (TAS), Live Entertainment Manager for The Grand Hotel Mornington (VIC) and Sales Manager for The Epicurean Group (VIC).
